How much is shipping?

Unless a store wide discount is in effect for free shipping, the buyer is responsible for paying shipping.

Who will be delivering my product?

All orders are packed and sent through USPS

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay & PayPal.

What information do I need for checkout?

Our payment system makes checkout easy, quick, and secure. Enter your shipping address and payment method, and then place your order.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Orders that have not been shipped have a period of time to be canceled. Navigate through your “Account” → “Orders” → Select the order you want to cancel and follow the directions through “Cancel This Order”.

How long does it take to get my order?

When processed and shipped, you can expect a package anywhere from 1 to 5 days.

Orders are packed on weekdays and shipped out twice a week on Monday and Thursday.

How do I check my order status?

To check order status navigate to “Orders” and click the drop-down menu. There will be a list of statuses – “Preparing for Shipment,” “Shipped” and “Delivered.”

Alternatively, use the given tracking number on the USPS Website.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100%  money-back guarantee. All refunds have a 30-day from time of purchase to be submitted; anything after 30 days cannot be returned and refunded. Please navigate to the “Return Policy” with any additional questions regarding this.

What is the status of my refund?

Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method(s) you used at the time of purchase, within 7 business days.

Where do you offer shipping?

Currently, we only offer shipping to the contiguous United States. We also service P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO. Unfortunately we do not service international addresses.
