Thank you for your recent purchase with HomeTrov. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our Return & Replacement Policy.

 

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Replacements are also issued, in the event your product(s) is defective or damaged in the shipping process.

 

Return & Replacement Process

To return an item, please email customer service at info@hometrov.com, to receive authorization for a return or a replacement. Once authorized, place the item(s) securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid return label enclosed in your box. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

 

Refunds

If for any reason, you would like a refund on your purchase, please ship the item(s) to the following address.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your product(s), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receiving your item for us to process or exchange your purchase. We will notify you by email when your return or exchange has been processed.

NOTE: We have the right to deny any refunds or exchanges.
